Our Founders

Four generations of the same family, still at the counter

Peter's Homes was founded in 1972 by Peter Tibesar, who started in the industry in the 1950s in Spokane, Washington selling for T&E Trailer Sales. His son Jack joined shortly after opening, and the two ran the dealership together as it grew alongside the industry — from 8-foot-wide trailers to the modern manufactured homes we sell today.

Following Peter's retirement, Jack and his wife Judy took over running the business; Judy has been part of the finance and accounting team since 1973. In 1992, Jack's daughter Joelle joined the company, steadily advancing into sales and general management before becoming President and co-owner alongside her father. Her brother Eric joined the family business in 1994 and serves as Lead Sales Consultant, working alongside Joelle — together they bring more than 66 years of combined knowledge and experience to the manufactured housing industry.

Joelle's eldest son Thomas — grandson to Jack and great-grandson to Peter — joined the family business in 2012 and is actively mastering every facet of the company's operations, continuing the family's fourth generation of ownership.

From 8-foot-wide trailers to 40-foot-wide homes

Our industry has evolved significantly from the original 8-foot-wide models Grandpa Pete sold to today's expansive 40-foot-wide homes. We now offer a versatile selection of floor plans ranging from under 600 square feet to over 3,200 square feet, available as park models and single, double, or triple-section manufactured homes — and every home offers extensive customization to fit the way you live.

Layout & dimensions — extend the overall length, expand the width, add a covered porch, add extra windows or a patio door, and choose a jetted tub or a tiled shower with a seat.
Architectural features — choose between a 9-foot flat ceiling paired with bright 77-inch windows, or a dramatic vaulted ceiling.
Energy efficiency & comfort — to handle our cold winters, every home comes standard with an Energy Star® package, with fireplaces available for added warmth.

Joelle Bradley

President

Joelle serves as President and co-owner alongside her father, Jack, bringing more than 24 years of dedication and leadership to the company. She began her career in customer financing before moving into sales, officializing her partnership with Jack in 2012. Outside of work, Joelle enjoys crafting, spending time outdoors, and being with her family — including her three sons and grandson.

Jack Tibesar

Vice President

Jack is Vice President and co-owner alongside his daughter Joelle. He has been actively involved in the manufactured housing industry for over fifty-four years, and is a past president of the Idaho and Washington Housing Associations and the State of Idaho Building Safety Board for Manufactured Housing. Jack is enjoying being semi-retired, spending time with his wife of 60 years and his large extended family.

Lead Sales Consultant

Eric is the Lead Sales Consultant at Peter's Homes, bringing decades of deep-rooted industry experience as the grandson of founder Peter Tibesar. He began his career in sales in 1994, developing extensive knowledge in manufactured home construction and a specialized ability to customize homes to fit each customer's needs. Outside of work, Eric enjoys time with his family, outdoor cooking, and relaxing with a good cigar.

Brandon Mullen

Service Manager

Brandon, our Service Manager, brings over 18 years of specialized experience in the manufactured housing industry. He began his career hands-on with home set-up and site preparation, and has led our service department with exceptional dedication since joining the team eight years ago — making sure every customer is 100% satisfied before moving in. Outside of work, Brandon enjoys hunting, fishing, and cutting firewood.

Victoria Hurst

Sales Assistant

Victoria serves as our Sales Assistant and Service Coordinator, bringing 8 years of dedication to the Peter's Homes team. She assists with daily office operations, welcomes customers, and oversees the service department, while also taking charge of decorating our display homes with a warm, welcoming touch. Outside of work, she loves outdoor adventures with her two daughters and hands-on creative projects.

Travis Mathis

Service Technician

Travis is the newest addition to the Peter's Homes team, bringing over 15 years of industry experience. Having previously worked alongside Brandon, he was a natural fit for an additional service technician — together they form an exceptional service team dedicated to high-quality service. Outside of work, Travis is an avid fisherman who enjoys rebuilding old cars and riding his motorcycle.

Security Dog

Doug serves as the security dog for Peter's Homes, working right alongside his mom, Joelle. While he's certainly cute, appearances can be deceiving — in his old age, Doug prefers to keep his distance from people. Off the clock, Doug enjoys barking at passersby, lounging on his mom's lap, and chasing chipmunks around the property at home.
